Delivery and installation of technological equipment for project: “Milk Collection point for production and of dairy products” at the Village of Zhelqzno
The waste water treatment plant treats mixed domestic and industrial flow of milk processing and dairy products. Capacity Qav.d. = 50 m3/d.
Waste water flows through mechanical treatment, physical – chemical and biological treatment. Produced sludge is stabilized in aerobic tank. UV system is installed at the end for disinfection of purified water.
Produced by Eco-Tech:
- Automated Coarse Screen, c = 5 mm
- Flotation q = 5,0 m3/h, equipped with tube mixer, compressor, scum scraper
- Fully equipped dosing system for preparation and dosing reagents
- Decanter DN150
- Lifting devices for pumps and mixers
Complete installation, 72 – hour tests and start-up of the equipment was completed by Service Group of Eco – Tech, including pipe connections, installation of aeration system, pumps, mixers, blowers, UV system etc.
